CANCELATION POLICY
You may cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. However if canceling within 24 hours, Late Cancellations (and No Shows) will result in a fee of 100% of the total booked services.
LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services.
